A fantasy novel about a woman who embarks on an uninvited mission to thwart the evil powers that are at work in the world.
Vaux finds herself in the middle of a crisis she never requested when an ancient seal starts to break, threatening to unleash unspeakable evil upon the realm. She has to act quickly to avert disaster as darkness threatens to engulf everything she is familiar with.
